Quesation about new clothes...

I just recieved my order from Cabelas and just read an earlier post reguarding washing clothes in general but was wondering should I / would it be wise to was new clothes straight from the box and still wrapped in plastic or just a waste of time?

I'd at least let 'em hang outside for a day or two. You gotta figure that they're going to pick up scent during the manufacturing process.

IM SURE YOU TRIED THEM ON WHEN YOU GOT THEM, DID YOU SMELL THAT CERTAIN SMELL TO THEM? THATS FROM THE MANUFACTURE, TO THE WAREHOUSE, TO THE SHIPPING, WASH THEM IN HUNTERS SCENT FREE DETERGENT, HAND DRY OUTSIDE, THEN INTO A CLEAN PLASTIC BAG.
