mount was done by Whitetail ridge taxidermy here in southern Indiana. Just a guy doing it out of his home, way way out in the sticks. he dont even have a sign advertizing his hobby. i have been very pleased with his work. none of my mounts have been over 3-4 months and the price is pocket friendly.i had not intended to get him mounted that way but i had this deer caped out at a processing plant and they somehow cut out a chunk around the brisket. so an upright shoulder mount would not streach over the bottom of the form. he had this form lying around and it had the same measurements needed for this cape. it streached around the bottom just enough. i have always caped my own deer and donethe processing myself.this was the first and last time i let someone else do it.

Oh, and lest anyone take that post wrong, I'm not referring to the size of the deer...

When I open his thread, the picture is like a 1/4" x 1/4"... I can't even hardly see it. Just wanted to avert someone misconstruing what I said...

My original post the pic was larger but dummy me got to screwing around trying to make an avatar and somehow downsized it. got any ideas how to re enlarge it. and to get my avatar going.

If you still have the original pic in the camera or saved on your computer you can rename it and resubmit it to your hosting site in it's original size .
