how to sight in a slug barrel firesight mounted on rib?
I installed a Williams firesight on the rib of my Remington 11-87 12 ga. It is adjustable up and down and left and right...I want to go sight it in soon, but am not sure where/ how I begin. Is there a proper way to adjust these things? I have no idea how where to start?? If I am high and left, then do I make an adjustment up and to the left? Thanks for all help. I have a special rifled sabot Rem choke tube...I bought three different boxes of slugs totry...lightfield, winchester and rem. Thanks for any and all help.

You nailed it on the head, if youre shooting high and to the left, move your site up and to the left, folow the bullet path youll be zeroed in in no time.

thanks for the help...what distance should I start with? Once I sight it in for a specific distance, does it work at all other distances? or do I have to compensate based on the distance I zeroed in on?
