Leasing rules
i lease like 80 acr in wis and was wondering if i have the right to remove tresspasers from the land in which i pay for legally[:@][:@][:@]

Not sure about Wisconsin but in Louisiana and Texas, if you are caught on property that you do not have written permission to be on. you can be arrested and charged with tresspassing. Check with you local Wildlife enforcement and they can tell you for sure.

I'm not lawyer, but if you can't remove tresspassers, then you don't have a legal lease.

If you have a lease, you have the legal right to order someone from the property. If you do not, you can't order someone from the property, but yes, you can contact the authorities and notify them of tresspassers. But then again, if you don't have anything in writing, then technically you would be tresspassing as well according to the laws in some states.

I don't think you have the legal right to remove trespassers. You can ask them to leave but they can ignore you. Most leases just allow for you to use the land. You do not obtain any ownership rights. I could be wrong, but that is my take on it.

It would really depend on the owner in WI. He/she may give you permission to ask people to leave but as faras signing a trespass warrant the owner will have to do that and it must be done by the local sherrifs office. Don't bother calling the DNR they will just tell you call the sherrifs office.
