Isn't Wisconsin the home of the famed Buffalo County, and all its accompanying Booners?

I'd seriously think about taking RD up on his offer too.

Too bad you excluded Kansas. I have an extra rifle tag for this year. Last year we found a buck dead on our property that was 248" Net B&C. 33 points with several drop tines. One drop tine measured12 4/8 inches!!! He even had an extra main beam off his right side that was snapped in half. 9 broken tines, estimated to potentially score 270" or better if he was all in tact.

I can speak from experiance IL will fill your requirements. The recordbooks back it up also. Wisconsin would be my 2nd choice. You still have to hunt the right areas so do your homework. Good Luck.

I would try Florida. According to some, its the best place to get a BIG BUCK. If Florida doesn't work for you, then anywhere south of the Mason Dixon line will work. As long as you don't hunt for the inferior bucks we have in "Yankee" land.
