I have a small rack from a few years ago that still has the hide attached to the skull. Of course it's stuck like glue now. Any suggestions on how to get it off after all this time? I've tried just prying but I'm afraid I'll break one of the antlers. TIA!

Soak in water for a couple of days ( ijust did the same thing last week)

Thanks. I had guessed that might do the trick. Did you have to scrape it off? With what? Or did it just peel off?
