Buck Snort
I just saw an advertisement for a product called Buck Snort. It looked like a large tube, like toothpaste. You squeeze out this red colored paste, depending on the smell you want I guess the color might change, on a limb or log. They say there is no nutritional value to the product, just the smell. They claim due to there being no nutritional value that the product is legal to use in states where baiting is illegal. The definition of bait is to lure or entice, so in my way of looking at this product the legality of its use would be that it is not legal. Any other views?

RE: Buck Snort
as long as the product does not have any nutritional value it is not considered bating
