great pic i live in arkansa i too have a deer for a pet and its antlers are about the same as your deer.and i love to hunt deer. i think you have to love deer to hunt deer.my deer is 14 months old.and it is legel to owne up to 6 deer in ar. by the way i got him after his mother was ran over by a 18 wheeler.

he's getting pretty big now. all 9 pojnts have developed with still a mo nth of antler growth left. he's basically just getting higher points and more mass. im guessing he scores around 100" which isnt too shabby for a yearling. i heard from someone that good deer will grow approx. 40" more each year. man i can't wait until 2 years

Great pics Jeff! Do be careful with him come rut time. This guy is now the equivalent of a 16 year old and could get real aggressive when he starts looking to bust his cherry!

Nice pics JH - looks like you might have another Goliath on your hands.

Just wondering, exactly howtall a fence to you need to keep an adolescent rutting buck contained?

He looks pretty tame, I'm guessing he gets a lot of human contact. Do you guys plan on leaving him alone through Oct.-Nov.?

Anyway, nice deer - keep up with the pictures.
