Default Summit Treestands

I'm going to buy a climbing treestandfrom summit before too long. The things I like about them are the comfort, weight, and the cable simplicity. The one I'm really interested in is the'06 Bullet SS because it is still relativley light, even though ithas the joints to where it folds down flat. The thing I don't want is to run into is another 20 mins that it would take to open and tighten all those joints. Is there anybody here that has experience with it? Is it simple to operate? If not, any other summit stands that anybody would strongly recommend? Thanks in advance.

Summit puts out great quality and comfort. I have a viper but the cables are noisey sliding into the stand. I also have a copperhead that is one of my favorite hangons. There is a thread around here on the equalizer tree stand and the company sent me a DVD. That is the quietest, easiest looking climber I have ever seen. here is a video on their website that shows the stand. http://www.equalizertreestands.com/

Check out Lone Wolf if simplicity is you're primary objective.

If your looking for a treestand to put up very quickly, go with Lone Wolf. It is sooo easy to set up.
