Brand new, Yamaha Grizzly 660. Had it out on the trails, but not hunting yet. It's a beast and Ilove it!

SuperRedHawk, my buddy has one of those (see picture on page 1 of this thread) and I gotta say it is an awesome machine! Its not like riding a quad, its like driving a jeep!

Here's my new toy. Yammy 450 Kodial special edition. 2-4 wheel switch, full diflock, independent susp., overfenders, winch, push bar, all alum skid plates and guards, set of mud lite tires 10's on the front 12's on the back. Use it more for farm work than hunting but hopefully it will get called upon this fall to drag out an elk.

I don't use a motorized vehicle for big game hunting until after the critter is down, and then I might use it for retrieval purposes (private ground). But, when I do use something its usually one of these vehicles.

Brand new Griz 660 but never use it to get to stand. I dont care how far I usually walk in and out. We only use it for plots, getting game out,get a butt load of stands in to hang during offseason, and post season scouting and shed hunting.

AntlerAddict07, Please keep your replies hunting oriented. We will not tollerate that kind of talk here at huntingnet. Maybe you need to go read the posting rules again.
Thank you,,, deerdust

I Agree with burky totally. since we did just go off roading in his jeep and had to pull another jeep out....3 times. Jeeps are damn sweet.

I hate foreign trucks too they are junk. The only truck worth anything is a dodge or ford.

But I sure do love burky7012's jeep and going off roading in it.

This is not the place for this kind of post, as a matter of fact, this board is not the place. Keep it clean or take it somewhere else.

I use my legs for hunting, and a truck to get me to a place to start walking. But for getting around out of town for fun, I use a 2003 kawasaki prairie 650. I use a Honda Foreman 450 every day for work- it rides like a tank but lasts as long as one too. Sorry, no pics.

RE: 4 wheeler pics....

We have a variety of vehicles at our disposal. Sometimes we may have clients who are physically unable or handicaped, that may need to be driven right to their stand. Generally we walk in and the 4wheelers are used for hauling game out. We use a Polaris: Ranger 500, 500 and 350 4wheelers, a Husqvarna 4wheeled vehicle, Artic Cat 350, and a YammerhammerGrizzly 660. Also various other 4wheelers that guides may bring witn them during the hunting season.
My favorite woud be the Polaris Ranger and 500 4wheeler.

Hmmmm, if these Jeeps are so damn "sweet" why did one get stuck
3 TIMES?

Yeah, Jeeps are great for somethings and not for others - like any tool.

But now for this time you two have been spending together in this "great" Jeep...................

Is there a bad exhaust leak into the cab? Are you trying to get stuck? Maybe it will be Brokeback II - Burky & Antlers Big Mud Hole Adventure.
