Here another random question....

What is your opinion of the best buck/doe call? In other words, if you had just <u>ONE</u> call to take into the woods with you, what would it be?

Grunt tube! I doe bleat, bawl and snort by mouth. So it is all I take now.

Work by mouth. Last summer, I called a 6 point in from over 400yds. to within 10 feet. He came up upon the wife and I (A six point still in velvet), stood there for a minute studying us. Finally walked on past us and made a circular route back from where I had called him from. The wife was speechless and didn't get her voice until several minutes had passed. Her only other comment? Why don't you bring more deer home than you do?
