well im from the midwest 3 countys south of pike and caloun and that deer there is about the norm we see them all the time some of the guys i hunt with wont even think about shooting a buck till they are atleast 160 to 180 thats a what low 140 class let those little ones get bigger and you ll see what deer huntn is really about

Dat aint no low 140 class 8. Dat don't even look like a midwestern deer.

If I ever got to where I wouldn't CONSIDER shooting anything lower than 160" on unfenced land, I'd find a new hobby to master, or move to North Florida, where the deer are more elusive.
