Topdawg,
I gave you the wrong address yesterday I'm sending the right one over today. BTW you do have a point

It is a well known fact that these stands were created in the deep South (respect) and that they are really a strong component to a successful hunt.
I can't remember not knowing a friend or cuz who didn't have a stand in their back yard over the last forever years. But we used to always just nail it to tha tree. But this time around I can't build it into a tree like a sane southerner would do I have to strap it on.[:@] So I'm lookin for ideas. I really do appreciate the pictures. Just curious where you from?

I vote for the metal ones. They are cheaper and safer over time.

Thats perfect!!!! Just what I was looking for. Do you have plans for that??? Why are you all so tight against TDWW anyways? Just cause tha boy is proud of where he is from? I've read a few of his threads and yea he's arrogant and proud but it's just his way of adding spice to the sight. From what I've seen more barbs have been thrown at him than from him. Anywho back on topic. Since were steering that way why don't we all just share pics of our tree bound homes and see what everyone lives in while out in the woods. (except you yankees who already admitted you don't spend very much time out there j.k.).

I disagree, he has repeatedly insulted the entire north half of the country and only a few and returned the favor.

We use wooden ladder stands at our club. They arevery comfortable. You can buildthem to fit the area you are hunting and if built right will last a long long time. Also they are more stable and wont blow over like the light wal-mart stands. Also you can make them fit as many people as you want. You pretty much custum make it. I'll try to make you blueprints the next time I'm at the club and I will send them to you.
