Best deer attractant
 

I’m just wondering what’s the best home made Deer attractant as you cant buy any down here I want to put a few licks on a property that I shoot on to encourage a few to hang around instead of popping in over night and having a feed when I cant shoot them and then buggering off again.
I was just going to mix rock salt and molasses and try that.

We use loose trace mineral salt mixed with Di-Cal. Just dig a shallow hole, preferably in a clay area, pour in about a 50-50 mix and dig it in.

Snoring is the world's best deer attractant , I can't count the number of tmes I've dozed off and woke up to see deer nearby . ;)

Vanilla attracts them here , as does fruit or nut scents .
