Next weekend my dad is going down to the cabin with my Uncle and a few other people that hunt with us. They will all be working on the cabin, since they won't need me much, I am going scouting. What should I look for in the woods? I will be using a climbing treestand and I will hunt as high as possible.

Cool, good luck on finding some good spots. this will be my first time scouting for myself, instead of an adult placing me wherever they feel like it lol.

this is my first time scouting too but i usually know where the deer are where i hunt just being patient enough for them to show themselves is the problem
