Amazing Story About Hunting Accident
I was wondering if you guys heard anything about the guy in New Jersey who fell out of his treestand and crushed one of his legs ..as the story reads the man wasknocked out and laid in the woods for almost two days until friends found himand had him air lifted toa very large hospital..being such a bigemergency roomit wasapparently extreamly busy ...the doctor made a decision to amputate the leg becauseof the damage and infection setting in and he ordered the nurses to prep the leg for the surgery...once the amputation was done they took him to recovery where a nurse realized that in all the rush and confusion they had preped the wrong leg which resulted in thedoctor cutting off the wrong leg ...so they had to rush him back into the opperating room to take off the leg that was damaged ... after he recovered he hired an attorney to sue the hospital and doctor ....but once in court the judgeruled thevictim could not sue either the doctor OR the hospital!
The judge ruled that the hunter did not have a leg to stand on

I don't know about the rest of you guys here, but I see a TERRIBLE PATTERN developing here. It seems to have started after DD's deer season closed.
Maybe DD could pair up with hntngrl and we could have a comedy show for the deaf and blind.
It's a L - O - N - G haul til deer season starts up again. I guess this is the good Doc's way of instilling patience in us.
