That's a standard reply that most companies will give, letting you know they received it. You will, or should, get a real reply within a week or two.

Nope! I really don't! I used to think that way, and I know its a long shot in most cases! Even a waste of time!
But, sometimes if they hear enough complaints from the consumer, they do something!

Honestly fellows, at this point at least for her, that’s probably the most intelligent reply she should give. I’m sure it’s news to her so without knowing all the details involved, the best she can do is reply with a neutral response. If my job was to respond to complaints or concerns in a timely manner, I guaranty I wouldn’t stick my foot in my mouth without knowing the whole story. I’m sure she has an opinion but is wise enough to not give it.

Believe me, the e-mail got her attention and most certainly will be passed along .She did her job and quite frankly did it well.

I agree with green pea. She cant do anything else than she did. Most of us havebeen to weekly staffmeetings and know the drill:

- anything in particular from the complaint department this week?
- Yes! actually there came quite a number of mails concerning one of our sponsorships. It about hunting!
- Hunting? Why dont you look into that, John? You hunt dont you?
- Yessir!

Maybe Im overoptimistic:D

That is a company reply, she has no clue what you are talking about, she might, might not, forward it to Houston.... if he calls you tell him to go kiss his fish...
