Her legs are gone because she got hit by a train. That pic wasn't photoshopped or anything. I saw the story behind it a while ago on the net. Its a true story...the deer actually got hit by a train and somehow landed on top of power wires

did you guys see the one with the moose that got his antlers tangled in the power line while it was on the groundand when the power company tightened them the moose got caught and was hanging in the air?

my brother told me about that. Isn't that crazy he said it was in rut and just starting beating the line with his horns then he was lifted up by the wire.
