I use a lot of different rifles, handguns, sidelocks and flintlocks. This past season got screwed up with open heart so used my T/C 14" 7-30Waters scoped handgun a lot and as I was able I used wby240mag rifle, 7mm-08 Rem. Mountain Rifle, wby257mag Ultra Lite-weightand .54cal. Bucks County flintlock. Waiting on parts for a Berks County .58cal. flintlock I'm going to build for next season.

Geez, m.t.hands... You had to make me remember that thread on the "deer cannon" [:'(]

Anyway, for deer, my main go-to gun is my timeless classic, Marlin 30AS in 30-30. It used to wear an old Glenfield 4x32 scope, but the scope lost its zero so I decided to leave the gun as a "plain jane" with open sights. I don't shoot over 100 yards with it anyway. There's just something about an old lever action 30-30....

My other go-to gun (depending on county ordinances and whatever) is my Remington 870 12GA that goes anywhere, shoots anything. I love it dearly and won't part with it...

A couple Sakos in 270 WSM & 7mm-08 and Winchester 1300 black shadow for shotgun deer season.

My main biggame guns are:

Remington 700 LH Custom chambered in 7mm rem mag
Remington 700 MLS with 26" barrel 50 cal ML

Both wear Zeiss Conquest scopes

My back up Biggame guns are:

Browning A bolt LH SS Stalker Chambered in 270 win wearing a Leupold Vari x III.
Knight 50 Cal ML wearing a Bushnell 3200 Elite.

For bird hunting:

Family airloom win 1300 Pump 12 ga. or Benelli Nova Pump 12 ga.

I have a .300 Win mag with a bushnell 4x12 scope
And Iam gonna get a .325 WSM in March.

A model 2200 for birds (shotgun).

marlin 30/30 with a scope (eyes not what they used to be) and a good old 410 for tree rats

or the fullstocked .308 when Im a guest and am wearing a tie. Kind of my dressing up rifle. 3-12x56 Zeiss.
