How old would you say this deer is?

Hard to say without seeing a side shot of the body or teeth and not knowing where it was shot. Looking at the rack it appears to be 17-18" wide and 8 points. Most like that up here will come in at 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 years old.

he was a nine pointer( had a little point on the inside)and was shot inbetween the eyes as far as teeth go all i know was they were worn down

Body form, and head shape, I'd guess 3 1/2 years old.

I would also have to agree with everyone else it's probably about 3.5-4.5 years old but if you do want to know the age you could probably take the teeth into your local fish and wildlife office and they will age it for you.
