Thanks. I have been leasing a place in Freestone county for the last 9 years and while I really like the place it is in a one buck county. I would love to be able to find another long term place in a multiply deer county.

Looking at the pics it looks like you have a great lease. I have been looking to add another lease and I am sure that yours is full but could you give me a ballpark on what places in your area are going for? Maybe a contact if you know one?

We are very lucky, We hunt 5500-6000 acres in Ozona (about two hours south of San Angelo) and there are only nine of us. We pay 1500 a gun and that does not include year round feeding. Most of our neighboring properties go anywhere from 2000 to 3000 a gun, and that does not include feeding. If our place ever gets that high then we will pack it up and Head South. As far as contact information I would not know who you could get in contact with I will see if I can find any names or numbers.

Just notice you have listed you are from caddo mills, I work in Grand Saline as a coach and we happened to lose our homecoming game to ya'll this year 14-10.

My folks are from Fruitvale. We still own a little over 100 acres down there. Do you know any Parkers?
