Default Colorado Doe Hunt

This year after not drawing a deer tag I saw that there was some leftover doe tags for my area. After seeing this I immediatly bought one. Most people would say that doe hunting is a peice of cake but I had a heck of a time.

I set out on my wheeler at first light expecting to see deer standing right there in my field. This time when I got to my fieldI didn't see a single animal. I then continued to drive through my property. After looking on every acre of my property I decided to go on to public land. After driving around andnot seeing a thing for a couple of hours I decided to return home. And wouldn't you know it as soon as I got back to my house I saw a herd of about 20 deer standing no more than 100 yards away from my front door. After a short term of laughter I then took a large doe with my 7x57mm rifle.

So all you hunters out there who dont think that it could be tough to hunt a doe, try it sometime. You might get lucky and you mightend up looking for days.

HAPPY HUNTIN'!!!!
