RE: what kind of bullets?
hey skeeteryou were talking about using the accubond by nosler. I have used the scirocco bonded bullets by swift and the accubond is the same exact kind of bullet. both have a polymer tip and have a bonded core for deeper penetration and weight retention. They will work well on larger sized game cause i used them on deer and the bullets would completely pass through a deer sized animal.

The interbond, accubond and scirocco are all the same basic design but their are differences. The accubonds seem to expand slightly less and penetrate slightly more than the other two.The sciroccos seem to retain slightly more weight butresult ina great deal more copper fouling in the rifles that I have tried them in.

hornady 140 grain boat tails...short range they blow out the big hole; long range they have a flat trajectory and are Speedy Gonzalas on steroids. They find their home in the gun invented for deer, the 270.
