Need Hunting Advice
 

Hey Friends,
This morning I had my first encounter with a FLorida deer. While sitting 1 mile deep into the swamp a large bodied big footed deer walked up within 15 feet of my stand. Too dark to shoot. 5:45 Am. I scouted later to see where he was going to bed. Tons of more tracks and a highway trail. I did notice though ..the tracks have only been going in one direction. Withthat in mind would I be wasting my time going back tonight?? 30 mile drive. My season will be over Tues. night.

I would get out there early in the am and be prepared to hunt all day. Good luck.

sounds like they just have a routine, enter one place, bed, feed, exit to another and starts all over

OK ...Thanks guys.
I have to go to church tomorrow according to my wife but Mon. and Tues it will be all day rain , snow or hurricanes. That's a promice. I've already paid a babysitter for Tues. I'll be there at 5:30 sharp. Takes 30 min. to walk there.
