.35 remington, 30-06, 7mm rem. mag., and .300 rem mag. And next year a .260 remington for the kids and if I get the chance I hope to use it a time or two myself! As far as voting on the poll, can we make more than one choice?

I used to think the 270 was the best caliber for deer but after my daughterused this 7mm-08on her 2 deer this year,I am sold.Great caliber,accurate with 400 yard effectiverange,low recoil and with the balistic silvertips,awesome devastation with minimal meat destrucion.

I've only been hunting for 3 years now and have only one rifle Winchester 30-30. It's only taken one doe so far, but I'm probably not going to use a rifle anymore for deer hunting......the new Hoyt will be the weapon of choice and I don't think I'll bother with a rifle anymore.

I've got three rifles-30-30, 30-06, and my 243. I love all of them, and take them to different places, but if I am looking to kill, I take my 243. most accurate rifle I have ever owned. I suppose I am so use to it, I don't like to take anything else out.
