Well i see most of the guys belong to some sort of group. And they have a name of there group and all the members names below it?

I think you're seeing the team names associated with
the different contests. Look at the top of certain
forum pages (deer hunting, waterfowl, turkey) and
there are threads dedicated to the contests. You'll
need to wait until another season begins to join I
would think.
If I'm wrong, sorry for mis-leading.

See beside his screen name on that page where it says in parenthese Group membership? What does that mean, and how can you create a group?
