Default My first deer
I just want to say it only took me 5 years to get my first deer. But the persistance def. payed off. I now have a freezer full of some meat, and a couple of horns to remember it all.

Congrats! From the looks of things, I'll bet you've got some nice tender steaks that almost melt in your mouth.

I hunt in oklahoma, I was using a 7mm, got him about 60 yards away. I got to my stand at 645. Shot him about 730. Cant beat that in 20 degree weather.
