help with pics

If anyone could help me resize a picture of my buck from last weekend it would be much appreaciated because I need a pic to enter it into the contest.

OPEN YOUR PIC UP WITH WINDOWS PAINT ALMOST EVERY COMPUTER HAS THIS PROGRAM. GO TO THE ATTRIBUTES TAB THEN GO TO STRETCH AND SKEW. CANGE THE PERCENTAGES FROM 100% TO SOMETHING LIKE 70%. KEEP DOIN THAT TIL YOUR PIC WILL FIT ON FORUM. HOPE THIS HELPS
