10/24/2005 I got my first deer (doe) with a Marlin 336 30-30. My Dad bought my 2 brothers and I each one in 1999 as part of his Y2K paranoia. It took me that long to finally get out and use it. I guess I made out allright: first deer gun, first hunt, first deer.
