If a so called "world record" walked by and you didnt have a tag and you did shoot it justto get a world record what would be the point, you cantsudmit it. You cant take it to shows and have it put in magizines cuz it was illegally shot. I agree on thefact poaching is poaching and thats not wut this great sport is about. What kind of message are you sending to the future generations. That its ok to shoot more deer then the law allows. Come on now people its our duty to follow and respect the laws set for us.Just my thoughts.

If I am out of tags, I have to use a spot light, I have to use a vehicle to shoot from.......then I will never hold a world record or Boone and Crockett. But I can look people in the face and say with pride "I am a hunter" not a SLOB POACHER.

the current world record typical can be seen on boone and crocket website and i just do not think that the deer in this post photo will beat the current world record because the current records rack is virtually perfect which give little deductions and the deer from this post looks like it may get a few deductions for a typical rack.

We all want to shoot a world record, but if you can't do it ethically than don't do it. Serioushunter1 had a good point: if you are not going to do something the right way don't do it!
