Default didn't really know where to put this (stands)

I've looked at the past post on the site about tree lounges and summits. I have a summit climber and its comfortable but I just feel like I am confined. Sometimes I want to stretch out and I end up putting my legs over the top of the "rest". I was seriously looking into the tree lounge, but I didn't know if it would be worth it. I like to hunt all day and being heavy is not really a problem. I would however, like to make as little noise as possible but just as long as I can hunt all day in comfort, I will be happy. Would do you guys think? I've never used one or even seen one in person. I would barrow one but I don't know of anyone that uses a lounge around here. Here most of us just hunt out of two tractor tires stacked on top of each other. I do have a pair of climbing gaffs, so if it gets to much of a problem attaching to the tree or its getting too heavy, I'll just leave it in the tree and just use my gaffs to get to and fro.

from what ive heard the tree lounge is very comfortable. i know several people who use them and they said they have fallen asleep in the stand before. thats just what i have heard from them but if i was goin to get a tree climber thats what i would get.

i own a tree lounge and love it. the only draw back i found is the weight. i back pack my gear anywhere from 1 to 2 miles from my truck. after a mile or so, the tree lounge starts getting heavy. but once you're in it, it makes up for it. i don't ever plan on buying anything but tree lounges from here on out. i don't bow hunt any longer so i can not tell you about the bow hunter adapter. i don't know if i would feel comfortable about standing that far away from the tree to make a bow shot. i have no regrets about buying my tree lounge. if you have any further questions about the treelounge PM or e-mail me and i will answer them. also, if you're over 6 foot tall, buy the bigger one.

Something like this can take a lot of the scary out of that long lean from a TL:
Detroit Style Fall Restraint
I plan to get one after the season .

i would recommend the API Bowhunter, it is lighter than the tree lounge and it is open in the front, which leaves plenty of room to stretch.

If your biggest requirement is to "hunt all day in comfort", then I would recommend the Tree Lounge. That is what it does really well. I can sit/lounge in mine all dayvery comfortably. As far as weight and noise while setup, I have better stands, but once you are up in it, none of them are as comfortable.
