wow what a response! i think i like this site there seem to be alot of people who post on here!!! i shot this deer at around 250 yrds with awinchester model 70 in300 wsm using federal fusion 165 gr ammo. it was an off hand shot while he was trailing a hot doe i was sitting in my portable stand about 25 feet up in a big spruce trr over looking a clear cut on the edge of a swamp. as for thecrossed eyes i would like to see anyone keep theres straight after being hit with the 300! he dressed out at a little over 185 and i dont know the gross score yet but i did measur som before the taxidermist took him. inside spread was 17 3/4 brow tines were both around 6 inches g2s were between 9 1/2 and 10" g3 around 7" and the main beams were at about 22 to 24" i didnt measure the diameter butas you can see from the pictures it is fairly heavy.
