The Land You Hunt

I thought it would be cool to kinda make a hunting net photo album of all the different hunting lands the member's here hunt on. So, if you have a picture of your property or the land you hunt, put them up! Here is a picture of the land I hunt in the UP....

Disregard the out-house, the land I hunt is the open acreage behind the tree's up close and all those tree's in the background. The open field has a small creek running through and the the trees in the baclground are the main area we hunt. It's basically a big hill with some really thick cover. It has one tall permanent blind and another permanent tree-stand built in there. This is from the angle of the cabin we all stay in. The blobs of orange are me and my hunting buddies walking around while no one was hunting on the property.

RE: The Land You Hunt

I can have my kids post some pictures of our hunting land as I don't know how. My hunting land is Prairie with deep River Breaks running through it. It is in western SD. The breaks are full of cedar trees and are almost to steep to walk up and down if any snow is present. They come out of the breaks to feed on the winter wheat and alfalfa fields and thats when you have a chance to get a good shot. Its almost all Mul;e deer. There is no public land in my hunting unit. Nice looking place you hunt.:D
