I've never even seen one when it's raining and the winds blowing between 10-20mph. Just curious if anyone has had any better l;uck then me.

Yes, I've seen deer on several occasions like this, that is, as long as its not pouring, just light wind.....

I had one of the best hunts of last year in conditions like that. The tree I was in was swaying so bad, I decided to hunt my way back to my vehicle, taking the long way through the woods. I walked right up on a nice doe and dropped her in the pouring rain/high winds. She never knew I was even there.

Yeah I'll second that, its been days like that in which I've seen the MOST deer activity, I'm not for sure why, but as long as it isn't gusting windy, and a kind of misty, the deer seem to go crazy.

Glad to hear some of you all have had luck in those conditions. Hopefully, I will too one day!

For sure!! It seems less hunters are in the woods during rain and wind. The rain kills most your scent and the wind is a great noise cover. I have had better luck stalking than sitting and waiting in these conditiions.

My buck this year was on and off drizzle. In fact, I had to "quietly" pop the scope covers after I got the gun up -I'd put them down because of the drizzle. I was lucky enough to do it quietly and quick enough to get the shot.

I was just hunting in weather like this yeaterday minus the wind, it was a nice steady rain. I saw abot 6 deer, just was not able to shoot any. I have alway seen deer during rain ro before. My husband is set that the drop in pressure will get the deer moving.
