If you're hunting mainly in the morning it's because of the moon phase. Try hunting in the evening right now or wait a week and things will get better. Snow doesn't have much of an effect on deer movement that I have noticed. Good luck!

In my area deer move more in the snow. They seem to move better when it is cold vrs warm. They really seem to like it when the snow is falling. They are also easier to see and track;). As long it's not snowing hard.
