Pics From Scouting Tonite
My brother is big into photography, so we decided to try to get some pics while scouting tonite for rifle season this saturday.
First, here is my new stand I built for opener.
This is a buck that we nicknamed "wide rack" last year. He is a 5x5, with good width but no height.
This picture of this 4x4 doesn't do it justice. He is an absolute dandy, but we couldn't get any closer than 1/2 mile of him to get a better picture. I'm guessing him around 18-19" inside, and he is TALL.
I like to call this buck my "pet" 5x5. I believe he is only a 2.5 year old buck at the most, and he is real heavy, next year he will be a dandy if he doesn't get shot.
I have more pics if anyone would like to see more just let me know and I'll see what I can come up with.

Here is a decent 5x5
The same 5x5 from my first post that has potential.
A smaller 4x4 with a wacky main beam.
A dink thinking he was hiding from us.
Half racked buck
Thats about all I have to offer from tonites scouting trip.

RE: Pics From Scouting Tonite
Thanks guys. I'm going to go sit in that enclosed stand in the morning. I'll see if I can talk my brother into using his digital camera, and get some nice close ups on some of those deer for ya!
I can't wait for Saturday morning!
