When is the best time to have a feeder go off and for how long?
10-30seconds
There are 5 diff times that can be set.....
1hr before sunrise?
At sunrise?
1hr after sunrise?
1hr before sunset?
At sunset?
1hr after sunset?

Watch now, kill in rifle season. Long term growth as well....

Well you definately don't want it going off before sunrise unless you like getting in the woods at 3am. And having it go off after dark would be stupid too. I personaly would have it go off an hour or two after sunup for 10 seconds, then one more time a couple hours before dark for the full so seconds. The critters will end up with alot of what you put out in the morning, so I wouldn't give em much. Afternoon is a better killing time in my opinion...at least for the big boys.

How long will the feeder spook the animals? Will they become accustomed to the sound?
