Tinks Scent Bombs

Hey what do you guys do after applying an attractant to a wick? Do you just close up and reapply later or clean out the wick?

Tinks did it again for me on Saturday with the bow. Got a nice basket rack coming right up to it. I have jsut never used the wicks before.
