Im sure a lot of you know about the Benoits, whatta you guys think? I think they still are The Best Deer Hunters in the world.

Have not heard about these guys since I read an article on them a long time ago. I guess they have not retired from hunting yet?

Not yet, there still goin' strong taking some of the biggest bucks to this day.

They sure can track, the bucks they kill are good north woods deer, huge bodies, not always real high scoring racks...

We all probably have the "best" deer hunter in world in our counties. There are people out there that have no interest in telling hunting stories to sound cool, or desire to create a myth about themselves. They just hunt and are dang good at it without care to boast.

Are these the guys from Maine? If so I read a article on them a while ago,and they do take some big bucks.

Their from Vermont, Larry Benoit wrote the book on tracking big deer.Make no bones about it, that family has shot more large body 200lb plusdressed weight deer then any other family in the northeast. Year after year they would shoot 200lb plus bucksin Vermont and Maine.
The last few years they skipped hunting Vermont, don't blame them there.
