Congrats on the double. Hope you had a deer cart or something to help with them. Dragging two deer is where the fun would end.

congrats on the duece...I guess that'll open my eyes a little. i shot and missed one this year and thought "so much for hunting this stand for a couple of days" apparently I was wrong.

How about two deer, one shot! I did a couple years ago. I don't recomend it, you should always make sure there's not another deer behind the one your shooting at. But, I was behind a tree and these two doe walked up to me side by side at like 20 ft. My muzzleloader sabot went threw both, they split and layed down. I kept there hearts and livers too, what a drag that was!!!!!

Good job on the double! About three years ago I had a great opening day of ML season. I shot three does and a very nice seven point from the same ground blind. I could have shot more deer but figured the freezer was full at that point. I have a game cart from Cabela's. It's a life saver when the drag is long or you have a heavy load.
