Before I blow more money...
 

I plan on buying a couple scouting cams after the season is over, and I was wandering what kind of pictures i am going to get, am i going to get pictures of a leaf blowing in the wind or rain drops. Can somebody post the typical pictures you get with these things, so i will know what to expect. thnx

I've used several trailcams in the past and haven't had many false pics. You wont believe how many pictures you get of people and other hunters if you place a cam on public land. Newer cams aren't prone to false activations. By the way, I just moved to Indy and I'm still driving back to IL to hunt weekends. Where are the places to hunt around here?

After the season is over is a good idea.
The deer can breath a sigh if releif that they made it.
And they will be easer to see.

SIUC hunter i sent you a pm, and i thought that maybe after the season was over i might get a break on the price too, i was also wondering, with the digitals will i be able to see the pictures right there or will i have to take the card out and hook it up to my computer?

Some digital trail cams have the ability to display the pictures but they are usually cost a lot more. I got mine off Ebay, but your right about waiting till after the season to save money. I got the PM and I replied. Thanks for the info!

I am thinking about buyinga couple of the moultrees, i just need it to function i dont care if it gets washed out by the flash i dont need to know ifthe deerhas a lazy eye, i am looking for headgear.

I plan on setting one up on a salt block with metal fenceposts around it about time for the sheds to be dropping, i have heard of people puting fence posts for barbed wire around salt licks to try to knock off the sheds and i thought i would give it a go.
