Now thatI have meat in the freezer again,I am looking for new ideas on cooking it, does anyone have any recipes or marinades that they can suggest????

Jerky marinades, steak marinades really anything,I am ready to try something new with it., butI have got to dig into the straps first.

well steaks i like to just throw some stuff in like say one of my fav's are soy sauce, grey poupon mustard, worshishiers sauce, and mayb a little BBQ sauce and garlic. Soak it for about a day or 2 up to you...I like it.
Jerky is easy, just throw anything that sounds good in there. I do have a special for jerky tho.... ;o

Steak marinade:

1 can of Bud beer
garlic (how much you like)
soy sauce- splash
Worsterchire sauce- splash
ketchup- some
br. sugar- a bit

let sit in marinade sooo good!!!
