Skunked: Didn't bag Bag: harvest game Corn Dog: a particularly curious/dumb deer that stares at you and sometimes approaches. Croaker Soakers: Fishermen that use live bait (croakers) on Redfish. Specs: Speckled Seatrout muy grande: large buck button: a 6 month old buck Jake: immature gobbler Tom: mature gobbler Longbeard: mature gobbler or Taliban official Glassing: looking through a spotting scope Turkey tetrazini: The end result of breast shooting a turkey with a .308 Blooded (or bloodied): To kill the first thing with a new peice of equipment such as a rifle or bow. Go Cyclic: When buck fever convinces a young hunter that one, two, three shots is not enough. |
