Missed a Buck this evening
 

Well at the risk of jepardising my name Doctor Death ... I wanted to confess I missed a buck this evening at 22 yrds ... it was pretty thick but I think I should have had him ... and no the sun did not get in my eyes ... my peep didnt foul up ..my stand didnt creek ... I just plum azz missed him .... BUT at LEAST I got to see him and made a clean miss and did not wound him .... maybe next time ... DAMN Ive got old fast ... 7 or 8 yrs ago he would have been dead meat ...

Missing is never fun, so i wont poke fun at ya. The 1st shoti took w/ my bow was last year at a wide 9 pt that i had seen earlier during the T-zone. I miss judged the distance and the arrow hit right at his feet. What a feeling. Good luck gettin some revenge on that deer!

welcome schobs, me and DD are always swappin cheap shots cuzthats all we can afford, plus we live in pretty close proximity to each other and hunt a lot of the same area's, he knows i hope he scores, if not maybe he'll run all the deer my way;),only thing is he's educatin em[:@];):D:D:D

Doc, do you wear glasses? If so maybe prescription needs to be changed? Or if you don't already wear glasses - maybe it's time to get the old eyeballs checked out?

MATT I DO WEAR READING GLASSES ...I SEE FINE PAST ABOUT 4 FEET ...BUT UP CLOSE IS MY PROBLEM ... IF I SQUENT MY EYES SO I CAN FOCUS ON THE BEED I CANT SEE MY TARGET VERY WELL AND VISA VERSA .... JUST AN AGE THANG ..BUT WHAT THE HECK IM STILL IN THE WOODS ... SURE BEAT THE ALTERNITIVE LOL ...
