for my school i need to do a research project on whitetail but i cant figure out one to do so if anyone could help

What kind of research project? Is it in a particular subject? Biology?

- the breeding cycle
- the use of glands and scents for social interaction
- overpopulation and the consequences
- hunting asan economic boost to rural areas
- hunting as a means to support conservation
- the effect of urban sprawl

I don't know how old you are, or how big a research project this needs to be...

i am 17 and it can be almost anysize and its for any subject but it has to be one i can do in highschool so nothing total complicated

How deer affect your community?

Give the good and bad. For example, auto insurance (you could get the numbers from local insurance agencies), hunters feeding the hungrey (do you have a local market that does this?), economics (local stores, state, county, particulary local), over/under populated deer (which best fits your area), conservation, etc. You may only want to focus on just one, like conservation? Just try to keep it local and it should be very interesting.
