We've got persimmons !!
 

I was going out to set up a ground blind on the corner of my land nearest to the bean field across the road when I suddenly felt something squishy under my feet . Imagine my delight when I discovered that it wasn't dog logs but persimmons ! I knew that there were some on the property , but I hadn't figured that they would be dropping just yet , and just in time for our season opener this Saturday . I'll be in a friend's ladder stand near a gorgeous lake Saturday , but Sunday and Monday I'll be hunting near those little balls of "deer crack" for sure ! :)

Kevin, I have about 100 wild persimmon trees!
I also have Tenanaschi and Fugigaki crafts.
Man, have you ever had persimmon pudding?
