My son passed his hunter's ed./safty class today! all for sections went very well.I still dont know who is more excited and happy him or i. I felt so proud when it was over and he was awarded his orange card and his patch! YEAH! we tried to fool his mom, but that didnt wrk, he entered house first and i rght behind, he couldnt hold in excitment in, he blurted it out 2 sec after walking in side
. which was alrght because i was smiling like a cheshere cat when got inside. wife said the two of us were beeming so, she wouldnt have believed us.

Great news, I'm trying to catch a local hunters safety course for my two grandsons. Problem is they have a three night course and they have homework to take care of.

Congratulations to him (& you, too).
As an instructor myself, let me add this for not just you, but all...........
Hunter safety is not over. It cannot possibly be 100% covered and taught in the classes. Hunter safety education is a LIFELONG process, continually learning, developing proper habits, and most importantly passing on our knowledge to others, especially those younger or less experienced. It is our destiny.
Now get that boy some hands-on experience with weaponry and let him do ya proud by putting some meat on the table himself!
Again....CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
