i know this isn't the right forum to post this but this is where the most people are. can anyone please tell me how to quote someones post and then still be able to type under that?

i do that and it does post their quote but i can't seem to add my reply below that

After you post the quote, hit ENTER untill the cursor is below thier quote and
start typing. |
