Deer "treats"
 

Season is right around the corner and a lot of the deer forums are starting to pick up. I have been reading a lot on stuff that hunters use to attract deer. So what are some of your favorites? ("Nonproduction" NOTdeer caine and stuff like that.)

I use molasses, deer love it. I put it on my corn, stumps, etc.
I also use P-nut butter.

I have read everything from Fritos to grape kool-aid.

One of my favorites is over hearing a guy talk about using apple juice in an IV bag.

i put out all grain sweet feed for us to watch deer behind our place, i have also heard the penut butter deal, something else i found out deer love, white bread, i would have never thought it but they will tear up a loaf of bread[:-]

huh...i will have o set a few of these up and see if i can get some pics of the deer eating these things. might even try the apple juice idea. last year i only used corn out of a grain bin.
