What To Do?

When pre-season scouting, and getting onto deer, how many times ofspotting them until they spook? I've been getting onto does and tonight on the way out spotted a nice 8 point with about a 20'' spread in full velvet. We were in the truck so I'm sure that didn't help. I don't want to loose any of the deer, but especially the buck, because he would be my first wall hanger. I had planned on going back tomorrow night, but wasn't for sureforfear ofspooking them permanently. What should I do?

RE: What To Do?

I always scout from a distance with binos and use the wind unless I am seting up or picking up trail cams I try to stay out of the area I plan to hunt. the closer it gets to the season the more I follow this rule. As long as you aren't in their every night than I don't think they will change their patterns to much but be careful the more you push a big buck around the sooner he will become nocturnal(sp?). this is just my experience.

I would try to not go every night... Might get a lil bit too much scent in there
